Administrative Director

Amanda Covington

Helps keep The Real Movement organized and running smoothly by taking notes during meetings, tracking team needs, and maintaining clear systems of communication. She manages details like supply orders and ongoing lists, helping the whole team feel supported during ministry and vision.

Social Media Director

Abigail Petty 

Leads the social media presence of The Real Movement by creating, designing, and managing content across platforms. She oversees posting, develops visual branding, and also contributes to website design and content creation. During events, she helps capture and share real-time content to engage and grow the community.

Worship and Prayer Director

Micaela Torain

Leads and cultivates the worship and prayer life of The Real Movement both during events and throughout the year. She oversees worship experiences, leads prayer moments, and helps foster a consistent culture of intimacy with God within the community.

Teaching Director

Oversees the teaching and discipleship content of The Real Movement, helping shape what is taught and how biblical truth is communicated. She works to ensure messages are clear, grounded in Scripture, and relevant to the women we serve.
